Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When In try to install the driver HP Easy Start, the install circle spins indefinitely but the driver never installs.

 

I have a 2nd problem where my printer is on a network at home but my computer or other devices can't print because the can't find the printer. This is a recent problem.
