Product: Example: Envy5055
I just bought a brand new hp envy 5055 printer and when it came time to install the new ink cartridges, I keep getting error messages. The screen currently says “Carriage Jam: Open the print zone access window and clear any paper jam or obstruction”
There’s no paper jam and I’ve already gone through the steps of unplugging/resetting the printer. I have a feeling we got a defective ink cartridge but I’m not sure how else to check that or what other solution there is. Any one else have this issue or have any trouble shooting suggestions?
