Product: Officejet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have just purchased the Officejet Pro 8720

OS is Windows 10 64 bit.

I have read many posts but still cannot receive a printout with the Printer's Claim Code.

I have enter the printer's IP address in the  web browser.

Web service is on

I have printed the Info Page many times

I have removed the Web Services many times.

I have waited for over an hour but still the Web Info Page print out only shows the e-mail address - NO PRINTER CLAIM CODE.

Pls. help
