HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Printer

Shortcut icons have been accidentally deleted (only showing "Scan to USB" icon and red bar at bottom "Drag icons here to delete shortcut").  Blue function tabs also seem to be missing.  Not able to copy,.  How do I restore?  Please help.  🙂
