Product: Smart Tank Plus 551
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Smart Tank Plus 551 all-in-one right out of the box.  During initial set up, when power is turned on, print head bangs the right side of the cabinet 2 or 3 times.  Bangs it so hard the cabinet jumps.  Then the E3 error light flashes.  Cannot get past this step.  Tried re-setting the printer by un plugging it but that made no difference.  Made sure there was nothing in printer like packing material that I missed.    It did this BEFORE the print heads were installed.  Need some help please.  How do I resolve this or is this a bad printer?
