Hello,

We've had an HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP 527 sitting around the shop and decided to start using it again. I turned it on this morning and am receiving error 99.09.66. I am trying to reload the firmware from the boot screen but do not have the administrator password in order to get to the screen to load the firmware. How do I reset the password on the printer?
