Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't use the printer often so it's like new. When I print the black gives me horizontal lines, some lines don't show at all and some are too light. This problem gets worse with each page I print. I have used half my ink cleaning the heads so I figured that's not the problem. I've checked the manual, the internet and here with no luck. I think I have printed about 20 pages since purchased. Any help would be great. Thanks          PS. the color seems fine on the test page.
