My all in one printer has not been working correctly to scan or copy for a little while know so I stopped using it because I wasn't able to get passed the alignment test because I was unable to scan the page it printed and wanted to scan and print it to verify the alignment. The scanner bar had stopped moving. Nothing, nada, zip movement. I have figured a way past the alignment test so atleast I could now print. But now I really need the scanner to work. So does anyone know what I can do to fix it or is it broke. It's not under warranty and I can't have service company fix it because there is not one in this little town on the middle of nowhere. THANKS! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
PS I have tried all the basic trouble shooting recommendation and none worked.
