Product: Envy 6000 All In One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am trying to connect my printer to a new wifi network but it's not allowing me to. Any ideas on what to do? I've reset the wifi on the printer by holding the wifi button down for 3 seconds but it's still showing as offline in my HP Smart app from my macbook.
