Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have just installed my new printer, HP Envy 6234 All-in-one. I have not printed photos before. I have put in A4 paper and photo paper 4 x 6". However, when I try to print photo, it comes out on plain A4 paper. What am I doing wrong? HP website is next to useless!
