Product: HP Photosmart 7525

HP Photosmart 7525.  My display reads, "Remove USB device from printer."  

There isn't a device connected to the printer.

I have already tried the process where I unplugged the printer from the wall, and disconnected the power cord from the printer.  Then held the power button to remove an further charge, then plugged the printer in directly to a wall outlet.  This did not solve the issue.  

What will solve this issue?
