Product: HP Envy 6255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I select the printer icon, it goes to the Envy printer.  The preferences for photo and paper size are in English, Japanese and I think Chinese!!  After I've cropped my photo, select print, and preferences opens up and I've been trying to print a 5x7.  The software doesn't seem to want to fit my photo to the size I've selected.  When I think I'm there and select print, error message says photo won't fit on selected paper size.  It's maddening.  Please give me a clue
