Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem when printing blocks of blue. Pink shading appears.

I have done a deep clean of the cartridge heads after replacing all three coloured cartridges I have uninstalled the printer and software and reinstalled it. On person has suggested replacing the black cartridge?

 

Any suggestions?

If I did need to get a black cartridge and suggestions how I request it through instant ink without jumping through so many hoops?
