Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem started when I tried to print a .pdf from Quickbooks. In troubleshooting, I may have hit some enable button for the Windows 10 Scan App. but not sure if that's what caused it. I only state this because when I was reviewing my printer, a few times I only saw the Scanner properties. During some of the driver installs, sometimes 2 printers would show up; 1 installed and 1 not installed.

I can scan, but can no longer print anything.  The printer is connected and has an IP address. The HP Smart app is installed, and the Printer Status is 'Ready'.

When I go to the <IP Address>/#hld-pgPrintInfo I can print the Print Info Page. I can also print an internal test page from the HP Print and Scan doctor app.  I also can email to my hpeprint.com printer email and docs print.  I have uninstalled drivers, removed services, removed temp files and looked at all posts and solutions but can't figure it out.

When I go to print a document, I go to the Active Printer Screen, and see an error in the Print Queue window under 'Status' that says Error - Printing.  This seems to be something with communication from my apps. I am on Windows 10 - 64 bit.

I have other computers with Windows 10 and they are working fine wirelessly.  Just has to happen on my main computer! Ugh. Please help.
