Product: HP 9020 series all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are unable to use Tray 1 (the bottom tray) in our printer because an error message insists that the tray is empty when it is NOT empty.  We have tried everything that we know to do to fix the problem.  Has anyone else had and been able to solve this issue?  We CAN print to Tray 2 (the top tray), but this tray is extremely shallow, one we would prefer to use only for envelopes.
