I searched the HP support database to find a reason why my HP6600 suddenly stopped printing over my wireless network while it was able to scan. a chap popped up with a technician offering to help. No identification that this was not an HP tech. Requested access to my computer, which i granted while believing i was still talking to HP. only after showing me all the issues with my computer - which was working fine - was i told it could be fixed for a fee. once they had my agreement and information i learned this was not HP but was Sapphire. I wonder now how i can get all this crap off my computer, restore it, let alone get a refund. I thought HP was a bit more ethical than this. If HP really treats its customers this way i plan to purchase elsewhere in the future.
