Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610

Scan 1.1.jpg8610 printer repeats lines of text 2-3x, regardless of source.  The problem occurs when printing test page, from scanner or computer document.

I've done the basic troubleshooting.  Although, if firmware is the issue, I can't locate updates on your site.

The problem appears to be independent of OS.
