Hello,
Im getting the cartridge error message: "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace with new cartridges" (photo below).
Tried a reset, but now upon powering on the printer the above message appears, and the cartridge is stuck on the right, and will not move to the left upon opening the front cover. I cannot access the front menu either.
My cartridges I had replaced, but cannot understand why im getting this error - I believe i have the latest firmware also to bypass the dynamic security i read about.
Please help, as the printer is only 3-4 years old!
