Product: HP LaserJet M14-M17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Every time I go to print something and check the printer queue, the file will state its deleting and then it will disappear. The LaserJet worked on this computer for months and now all of a sudden it started doing this.. Printer is brand new.
Troubleshooting steps I took:
- Unplugged, re-plugged both USB and power cord
- Reinstalled software, drivers, printer itself
- Started and stopped the printer spool
- Deleted temp files in printer spool folder
- Switched drivers, removed drivers, reinstalled drivers
- Reconnected wirelessly and hardwire (USB)
- Restarted PC numerous times
- Used HP printer doctor, which said everything is in good shape
- Switched USB ports
- Changed ink
- Gave administrator rights to each profile allowing to print
- Performed windows troubleshooter, and returned nothing wrong
What works:
- The printer will connect wirelessly (but test print pages wont work)
- Internal printing such as configuration and WSP pin
- Stable lights, nothing is off or blinking
I have spent hours upon hours trying to figure this out, I've even run separate printer diagnostic wizards and nothing helps. Pretty sure I've run all troubleshooting tips posted on this site that even seemed related to my issue, but if there's anything else I'm missing please let me know. Thanks
