HP Recommended
Product: Acer Aspire
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error Message: Cartridge not intended for use in this printer. Both of my cartridges are HP brand. I have done A LOT of trouble shooting to no avail. My printer is registered with HP Insta Ink and has been for years.

 

Any advice?
