Product: HP Officejet 6958
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My blue ink is not working at all.  I changed the cartridge and put in a brand new HP cartridge and did the alignment and cleaning process and it still does not work.  I am not sure what else to do.
