I need professional help. This morning on the phone with hp over an hour and they still can't help. Last night I got my new printer. Ran test print works wonder, 3 hours later I see a blue screen with B8047DF6 on it and all the lights is flashing. Did everything from turning it off and on and did what the rep told me. I need to know what the issue is. This is the second time I've gotten a BRAND NEW printer that did not work! Was told someone will contact me by the end of this week but I do not have patience and something like this shouldn't be put on hold. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
