Product: HP TopShot Laserjet Pro M275
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is creasing every page I print. It indents the pages horizontally about 3 1/2 inches from the right edge from the top to the bottom. I have replaced cartridges and just installed a new drum several months ago. Can you please help? creaseExample.jpg
