Hi I use the instant ink service.
I have now reached for the last black cartridge that was delivered to me, only to find it appears that I have been sent a 65/304 rather than the required 63/302 black cartridge. Are these compatible?
How do I go about contacting HP. Obviously the virtual agent doesn't recognise the issue, leaving me with the option of a helpline but there is no shown number that I can take to work so that I can ring when I get a chance and we are out of supported hours at the moment?
