Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello,

My HP ENVY 4516 is Printing Blank Pages. It used to work fine. Printed one page with partially printed lines and then started printing blank pages. It's connected directly to power plug. It has ink which I confirmed by checking ink levels through my laptop as well as HP's website.
I have tried, powering off, removing cartridges, factory reset, and pretty much everything I could.
Can anyone please help?

P.S. - I have bought two HP Printers. For one the don't supply power chord anymore and this one just keep printing blank pages. Terrible customer support. If I have to discard this one as well, my next printer will certainly not be from HP.
