Product: MFP 1200 Laserjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed MFP1200 Neverstop Laser including HP Smart app. Printer and copier works fine but scanner is not recognized by HP Smart or Windows Fax and Scan. Get an error that HP Smart cannot use scanner in this printer. Tried reinstalling, installed all windows updates.
