Product: OfficeJet Pro 9018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer touchscreen turns blue with error B305DFF9. If I unplug and restart the printer, it returns to normal for 10-15 minutes and then the blinking blue screen with error message comes back. Have reset multiple times. I've seen other posts with the same problem but cannot find a resolution. Any help?  Thanks!
