Product: Hp envy x360 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp envy x360 bought in USA shipped to india just 8 months back currently it's right hinge is now working can't close the device, closing the device makes screen to pop. My warranty period is not over yet, it's under warranty. I take proper care of laptop no misuse. Could you please help me solving this issue. In india I tried to reach the customer service they said they will contact me back but haven't heard from them. Not even a dent on laptop. Could any one suggest me how to solve my issue?
