Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have an HP Envy 7645 printer that suddenly won't print color. After running a "Print Quality Diagnostic" I found that it won't print magenta. The ink cartridge is new; I just barely replaced it. When I want to print something, my computer doesn't give me the option of printing in color; it only prints black. Why is this happening, and can it be fixed?
