Product: LaserJet Pro M404n
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Printer has been working normally. This morning the green circle and amber triangle are blinking. Disconnected power, waited 60 seconds, reconnected. Tried plugging directly into wall socket. Lights blink, HP logo shows, then screen is blank and printer does not start up. Could find no info in manual or online for this printer, and it is out of warranty. HP just suggested trying a different power cable. Has anyone experienced this? I'm wondering if the printer is dead, after only 16 months.
