Product: hp envy 5052 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp envy 5052 will not power all the way on.  The control panel is lit but only powers up to two dots.  The power light is on but will not shut off.   Have tried unplugging from wall socket and unplugging cord and pressing power button and leaving off overnight.  Plugged back in, reconnected cord and printer repeats the same thing - 2 dots and hp logo; no menu.
