Product: HP envy 5020

Hi - i've got an error code on my machine - and cant find any information about it online. 

 

Could you please help? 

 

Ive been emailing it things to print recently and its not working! 

 

Checking the instant ink account online, the only thing that looks different is that the product is now out of manufacturer warranty - but everything else is running as it should. 

 

Can anyone help please? Im trying to print my son's homework!
