Officejet 5740

A very Good evening,

I have the following problem

On my vessel i have 2 officejet 5740 printers.

There connected by network.
After installing a new Router the printers were offline.
After i have delete everthing and reinstalled both printers on pc 1 everything is ok and working.
on pc 2 i have no problem installing the printers only 1 printer will not print and gives an error message every single time

the other printer works perfect.

i have deleted and reinstalled multibule times and also changed the IP

i can also not print a test page from the Print software

Strange thing is that i CAN print a test print from the HP smart software
