Product: OfficeJet 9025e
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm unable to setup Scan to Computer as I'm getting the above error.  I see this is an old problem but previous solutions only pertained to Windows and I'm on a Mac.  The error occurs both on HP Smart and when I log into the printer via the browser.

I have a 2nd problem, which is that I have to type in my PIN each and every time that I try to access advanced features on my printer.  I have to assume this an error so how do I get it to save my PIN?
