Hi everyone,
I am having big problems installing my laser printer HP laserjet M234sdwe.
I tried to install it using the usual wi-fi procedure, but the printer is too far from the terminal.
So I tried to install it via USB but the printer is no longer recognized by the PC. Despite several reset attempts, the printer displays an error message as in the photo.
I connected it to Ethernet. I managed to print a report when starting the printer confirming the correct Ethernet connection. Unfortunately after a few seconds the error message reappears.
I can't seem to see if this error message is related to a door (which I checked).
Is there another Reboot procedure other than pressing wi-fi and cancel?
