Product: Laser Printer MFPM283cdw

Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283cdw.  My printer used to offer a double sided copying option.  Somewhere along the line, I'm guessing after an update, the double sided option vanished.  My printer now only offers one-sided, to one-side copies or one-sided to two-sided copies, but not two-sided to two-sided copies.

 

I have had this printer for less than two years, although it is out of warranty 😞 I have tried downloading drivers, followed steps using various HP support diagnostic tools and tried the virtual assistant (useless).  I deleted the printer from my Mac and reinstalled it.  The problem persists.  If anyone has a suggestion, please advise.
