HP Recommended
Product: Envy Photo 7100
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

iMac 27" (Late 2015), 32Gb RAM, Core i5 3.2 GHz

Running macOS 12.0.1 Monterey  (It's not a selection the pull down menu, which is stupid.)

 

This is the error I receive when trying to run a Firmware update on my ENVY Photo 7100.  

Any suggestions to get around this?  Or does the file have to be updated by HP?
