Hello!

I've got a  OfficeJet Pro 8025 that's less than 2 years old but its failing on me. I have hardly used it other than for draft black and white. Troubleshooting app finds nothing wrong. Updated to newest drivers. Restarted. using wifi to print. Using HP cartridges. 

 

ISSUES

Black prints, red a little others not at all. 

Cleaned cartridges which are over half full. Only printed black and a light red.

Tried to align. Printed paper with mostly black and won't scan. It either freezes on scan or gives me an error. When I lift the top of scanner there is a flashing green light across the top of the bed. 

 

I've attached the images of the test print etc. 

 

Would appreciate any help!
