Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It is just crazy ! New HP printer, new genuine cartridges and nothing but troubles. Is HP support crazy? Why they want me to provide so many information (serial number, password (nobody knows where to find it), HP account, etc. etc. Get normal HP !  You are working FOR normal people. Why you are wasting our time, efforts and money? Just greedy ? Shame , shame on you ! 

 

In SIMPLE WORDS, tell me how to setup my pronter and install new cartridges or just refund my money !
