Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

just bought a new 4155e printer , it is getting connection via wifi  and I also tried through USB cabel  but it will not print anythintg when I ask it to . It will print a manual copy I make a copy of  but will not print anything I ask it to from my pc .
