Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using Ink Tank Wireless 410 printer. While printing document I am getting E1 error

Going through net I found it was paper mismatch and have done the following remedy steps:

 

1. Changing paper settings driver to use A4 - DIDNT WORK

2. Printer reset - DIDNT WORK

3. Clear hardware cache - wall socket unplug technique mentioned - DIDNT WORK

 

I don't know what else to try as I have checked all the settings I can think of and they all look correct.  

I event went on HP Smart App, and looked at settings -> preferences -> Tray Icon and Paper mgmnt -> verified there

I have Large: US Letter and Paper as "Plain Paper". My country and region also reflect correctly. 

 

I have also reinstalled printer from scratch and drivers as well. Please help
