Hello, I've been using this printer for a while now, but recently I upgraded my laptop, and now I can't print anymore.
I had the same error on the older one and I fixed it somehow, but I don't remember how.
Every time I want to print, it just shows me 03 9°.
I've tried updating the firmware (from here, under firmware), but that gave me Err 83. I've looked for 83, but I couldn't find anything for it.
Sometimes, when I do a test print from the HP Smart app, it somehow works, but other then that, it doesn't.
