Product: Officejet 7610
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Having an issue with my Officejet 7610. Error message reads as follows -

Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then contact HP if the problem persists. 

 

I have used off brand inks in the past and I'm not positive if they have leaked inside, but I used to get black ink on my paper where it wasn't suppose to be so I imagine they did. However, the printer has been working great up until now. Does anyone have any ideas for what to do next? Thanks!
