My HP OfficeJet 6962 reports new ink cartridges as missing or damaged. I have tried resetting the cartridges and printer (power off 60 seconds). I have also downloaded and installed new printer driver software. That worked for a while but after turning off my computer and printer the problem came back. Simply pressing OK on the printer to bypass the error message and continue printing , as some people suggest, does not work. Is there a surefire solution?
