Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Deskjet 3050Ae-all-in-One Printer J611a. My printer will not print or copy the whole of an A4 page. It will scan the complete page, but if I print from it it still cuts off the last 10mm. I have tried adjusting the paper size to actual size & size to fit
