Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The light on the power button and all symbols on the display of my Deskjet 3755 [personal information removed] continuously flash and I can't print. I've tried rebooting the printer with the power button, power + cancel buttons, and unplugging, letting it sit for 5 min, and plugging it back in. In each case it goes back to the same state and I can't print.

 

I've tried to investigate a software solution but the printer is not even visible to my computer or HP Smart, so the HP Doctor software is no help. I've tried both wireless and USB connections. Help would be appreciated.
