Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing with Smart Tank some lines of print are missing either the top or the bottom of the printing and the whole last two lines on a page are missing. When I ran the diagnostic tool it said ink levels were low so I topped them all up but the same errors occurred when I reprinted the pages
