Product: HP PageWide Pro 577dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have two ink cartridges that are genuine HP and brand new in the box. This printer is saying they are older generation and will not print. Contact HP Support. They are 972 and 972 X cartridges for Magenta and Yellow. Printer worked well previously and with previous cartridge changes, I have been able to print one or two documents by unplugging from the wall and plugging back in. But that was a temporary fix and is no longer working.
