Product: HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E776dn Base Printer - Base Product 50-60 ppm

We received a warning recently that the Printhead Wiper was getting low on our HP MFP E77650

 

I replaced it with a genuine item but it hasn't reset the counter and the MFP is still showing a "Printhead wiper very low" message.

I do have the service key but cannot find where to reset the counter.
