These photos show what the body of my notebook looks like. According to my husband, who is a professional fire investigator, this is a fire hazard. This product is no longer under warranty, but I'm wondering if HP is aware of this issue with this notebook. If this causes my home to burn, my insurance company will surely subrogate the claim. I'd love to hear from anyone who may have experience with this particular issue.
